Bali with its myriad types of waterfalls does make you confused to choose which waterfall to visit. Ranging from spectacular waterfalls to dazzling ones, from the short to the high or towering ones exist in Bali island. However, if you like to visit a waterfall which have all of those criterias yet are still safe to do water activities like swimming, the banyumala waterfall is the answer. Banyumala waterfall is located at the bottom a rocky valley area with green scenery around it.

This waterfall has three main streams, in which one in the middle is the biggest and highest stream. Meanwhile the other two streams, on the right and left one, are smaller waterfalls flanking the waterfall in the middle. More than that, right under the waterfall there is a pond formed naturally with its water as clear as crystal. It is only about 2 meters in depth with a total area of around 20 square meters. Administratively, this waterfall belongs to Buleleng regency, the northern part of Bali island.
